| 摘 要： | 对苏云金杆菌内外毒素混合杀虫剂的毒性进行了较系统的研究。结果表明：该杀虫剂的经口、经皮急性毒性低，其ＬＤ（５０）均大于５０００ｍｇ／ｋｇ，无明显皮肤致敏、致突变、致畸、蓄积性和生殖毒性。有轻度的皮肤刺激作用，剂量达到１０ｍｇ／ｋｇ时呈现出免疫毒性作用。建议在农药的毒理学安全性评价程序中，增设免疫毒性的评价方法。

| Abstract: | A series of toxicological tests of the mixed pesticide of thuringiensin and spore-crystal of Bacillus thuringiensis(MPBT)were performed. The results showed that MPBT has only a very low acute toxicity and acute dermal irritation, the acute oral and dermal LD(50)for male and female rats or mice>5 000 mg/kg has a certain immunotoxicity after oral intubation 10 mg/kg MPBT for 7 days,no dermal sensitisation, mutagenicity, teratogenicity,cumulative toxicity and reproductive toxicity .According to the results,the authors suggest that immunotoxicity study must be added in toxicological procedures of safety evaluation for pesticides. |
