早发冠心病血瘀证痰浊证面部光电血流容积特征及与一氧化氮、内皮素含量的相关研究

摘    要:目的探讨早发冠心病血瘀证、痰浊证面部光电血流容积特征及与一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET)含量的关系。方法早发冠心病血瘀证36例,痰浊证35例,健康对照组31例,采用GD-3型光电血流容积面诊仪检测光电血流容积参数,硝酸还原酶法测定NO,放射免疫分析法测定ET。结果血瘀证患者Hb、He、Hf、Hb/Tab、Hf/Hb较正常组显著降低(P〈0.01),痰浊证患者Hb、He、Hf及Hf/Hb较正常组显著降低(P〈0.01),血瘀证患者与痰浊证患者比较,Hb、Hb/Tab显著降低(P〈0.01)。3组间Hb、ET、N0比较:血瘀证组Hb最小,痰浊证组次之,正常组最高;而ET含量各组间无统计学意义;NO含量血瘀证组低于正常组(P〈0.01);随着光电血流容积主波幅的增高,ET均数值逐渐下降,NO均数值逐渐上升,低波幅组与高波幅组差异有统计学意义。ET与Hb成负相关,NO则呈正相关关系。结论心脏功能减退与大动脉顺应性降低是本证基本病理改变之一。血流容积主波幅与NO、ET含量具备相关关系,从而准确反映血管的舒缩状态及体内生物活性物质的变化,三者可作为早发冠心病血瘀证、痰浊证辅助诊断指标之一。

Study on Characteristic of Photoelectric Facial Blood Flow Volume and Its Relation with NO and ET in Patients with Premature Coronary Heart Disease of Blood Stasis and Phlegm Syndrome

Abstract:Objective To research photoelectric facial blood flow volume characteristic of premature coronary heart disease of heart blood stasis syndrome (HBSS) and phlegm syndrome (PS), and its relation with NO and ET. Methods Patients of premature coronary heart disease of HBSS (36 cases) and PS (35 cases) were selected, with 31 health people as control. The parameter of photoelectric facial blood flow volume was detected with GD-3 photoelectric blood stream plethysm (PBSP) of the facial color-diagnosis. NO was determined by nitrate reductase method and ET was determined by RIA. Results Hb, He, Hf, Hb/Tab and Hf/Hb of HBSS decreased obviously compared with the control (P〈0.01). Hb, He, Hf and Hf/Hb of PS decreased obviously compared with the control (P〈0.01). Hb, Hb/Tab of HBSS decreased obviously compared with PS (P 〈0.01). Comparison of Hb, ET, NO among the three groups was as follows: Hb of HBSS was the lowest, followed by PS, the highest was the control. There was no significance in the content of ET among the three groups, the content of NO in HBSS was lower than the control (P〈0.01). With the main volume of PBSP flow increased, ET values gradually declined, NO values gradually rose, there was significantly different between low amplitude group and high amplitude group. ET and Hb correlated negatively, NO and Hb correlated positively. Conclusion It is one of the basic pathological changes of the syndrome that cardiac function and artery compliance reduced. There were correlationship between the main volume of PBSP and content of NO and ET, so the systolic and diastolic blood vessels in the body and the state of bit-active substances can be accurally responsed. All those can be used as the auxiliary diagnostic indexes of premature coronary heart disease HBSS and PS.
