后路椎间盘镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后中期随访分析

目的观察后路椎间盘镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症的中期疗效。方法对我院1999年-2003年手术的腰椎间盘突出患者共200例再次进行随访调查。其中男120例,女80例;年龄25-65岁,平均40岁。以上患者均通过保守治疗无效,症状较重影响生活质量,经过科内讨论采用后路椎间盘镜手术摘除椎间盘髓核。结果采用门诊复查,电话及信件共随访到患者178例。按Nakai疗效评定分级属优147例,良16例,可15例,随访时间36-84个月,平均60个月。总体有效率是91.57%。结论后路椎间盘镜治腰椎间盘突出症中期随访疗效确切,熟练的手术技术及术后的功能锻炼是确保手术疗效的关键。

A study on mid-term effects of microendoscopic discectomy for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation

Abstract] Objective To investigate the mid-term effects of microendoscopic discectomy for lumbar intervertebral disch- erniation. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on 178 cases of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion treated bymicroendoscopic discectomy. The Nakia scoring system for lumbar myelopathy was used to evaluatesurgical outcomes for each patient. Results All the patients were followed for more than 3years postoperatively. Excellent outcomes were achieved in 147 cases, good in 16 cases, fair in 15, the rate of excellent, good and fair outocmes being 91.57%. Conclusion Microendoscopic discectomy for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation has definitive mid-term effects. Skillful surgical performance and proper postoperative rehabilitation trainging are crucial to good surgical outcomes.
