拉玛泽无痛分娩法在临床中的应用和效果评价

目的探讨拉玛泽无痛分娩法的临床价值。方法拉玛泽组230例孕妇采取拉玛泽分娩法,对照组197例采取传统分娩法,观察2组产妇在产程中的疼痛情况、产程及分娩方式。结果拉玛泽组在分娩过程中镇痛效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05),自然分娩率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),总产程、第1产程和第2产程时间明显比对照组短(P<0.05)。结论拉玛泽法分娩镇痛效果显著,能缩短产程,降低剖腹产率。

Clinical application and effect appraisal Lamaze painless labour

Objective To explore the clinical value of lamaze painless labour(LPL).Methods Two hundreds and thirty pregnant women in LPL group were performed with LPL,one hundred and ninty-seven pregnant women in control group were performed with traditionary labour,the pain,labor and partal modus of pregnant women in two groups were observed.Results Compared with the control group,the paregoric effect during birth process in LPL group was obviously better(P<0.05),the rate of spontaneous labour was higher(P<0.05),the time of total stage of labor,first stage and second stage was obviously shorter(P<0.05).Conclusion The LPL is effective in relieving pain,it can shorten the labor,and degrade the rate of abdominal delivery and asphyxia neonatorum.
