| 摘 要： | 观察伊曲康唑间隙冲击疗法治疗甲真菌病的临床疗效。182例甲真菌病患者每天口服伊曲康唑胶囊2次,每次200mg×7天,停药21天为1疗程。指甲真菌病用药2个疗程,趾甲真菌病及指趾甲真菌病用药3个疗程。结果55例指甲真菌病临床痊愈率90.9%,127例趾甲真菌病及指趾甲同患真菌病临床痊愈率80.3%,二者伴发皮肤真菌感染者真菌清除率分别为98%和96.5%。 |

| Abstract: | To observe the curative effect in the treatment of onychomycosis with itr aconazole pulse therapy.Total pati ents were 182.The course of treatment was to take orally itraconazole capsule twice eve ry day,each time 200mg for 7days and t o stop taking it for21days.For fingernail onychomycosis 2courses were needed,and for toenail onychomycosis 3cour ses.The cure rate of onychomycosis was 90.9%in 55patients with fingern ail onychomycosis and 80.3%in 127patients with toenail and both fingern ail and toenail onychomycosis.The fungal infectio n clearance rates were 98%and 96.5%r espectively in the patients with fin gernail and toenail onychomycosis. |
