| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨调肝导浊方药在高脂血症和脂肪肝治疗中的作用机制。方法:采用高脂饲料造成家兔的高脂血症并伴有脂肪肝的动物模型,以调肝导浊方药为治疗组,东宝苷泰作阳性对照组,观察调肝导浊方药对家兔高脂血症和脂肪肝模型的影响。结果:模型组家兔血清胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)升高,高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)降低并形成了脂肪肝。调肝导浊方药能显著改善上述病理变化,降低TC、TG,升高HDL-C并使肝脏中的TC、TG的量下降。结论:调肝导浊方能降低血清中和肝脏中的TC、TG,促进了粪便中脂质的排泄。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the pharmacological effect of Tiaogandaozhuo Decoction on hyperlipima and fatty liver and liver and its influence on the pathology and blood lipid.Methods:The rabbits model of hyperlipima and fatty liver was made by hyperliposis animal feed and rabbits were divided into four groups:the control group,the model group,the treatment groups of Tiaogandaozhuo Decoction and Dongbaogantai.Result:Serum total cholesterol(TC)and triglycerides(TG) increased and the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)decreased in the model group,and also had a increase of liver weight and a severity fatty degeneration.Conclusion:Tiaogandaozhuo Decoction can improve the pathological changes effectively,decrease TC and TG in the liver and in blood serum and increase TC,TG in the feces. |
