| 摘 要： | 目的了解沈阳空巢老人与非空巢老人心血管亚临床状态及差别,为空巢老人的健康老龄化提供依据。方法随机抽取沈阳市7个区域常住人口中≥60岁健康空巢老人98例和非空巢老人97例,进行基本身体状况、血压、血液生化和心血管超声检查。采用Pearson相关分析评价各变量与年龄之间的相关性。结果空巢组男性的高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)显著低于非空巢组男性(P=0.009),而空巢组女性的收缩压(P=0.041)、HDL-C(P=0.005)和脉压(P=0.004)水平均显著高于非空巢组。心血管亚临床相关指标与年龄显著相关。结论衰老与大血管弹性及心脏舒张功能等亚临床心血管指标密切相关。在空巢组,男性的血脂问题和女性的血压问题更加突出,建立健康档案时应予重点关注。
