快速康复外科在腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者围手术期的临床应用

目的研究快速康复外科（FTS）在腹腔镜胃癌根治术围手术期应用的有效性及安全性。方法根据纳入标准将入选的90例患者随机分为3组（Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组）,每组30例。比较3组患者的出血量、首次排气时间、住院天数、住院费用、手术前后血白蛋白变化及术后并发症发生情况等指标。结果 3组患者在术中出血量、术后首次排气时间、住院天数、住院费用、术前术后血白蛋白变化差异均有统计学意义（P〉0.05）;而在术后并发症的发生率方面差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 FTS应用于腹腔镜胃癌根治术围手术期处理可以加快患者术后康复,但不能降低术后并发症的发生率。

Clinical study of fast track surgery in treatment for gastric cancer with laparoscopic surgery

Objective To study the therapeutic efficiency and safety of fast track surgery（FTS） in treatment for gastric cancer with laparoscopic surgery.Methods Ninety gastric cancer patients were recruited to be divided randomly into three groups（groupⅠ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ）.Outcomes were compared in terms of blood loss,first flatus time,postoperative hospital stay,hospital costs,albumin changes and incidence of complications.Results There was a significant difference among three groups in blood loss,first flatus time,postoperative hospital stay,hospital costs and serum albumin changes（P＆lt;0.05）.Whereas,the incidence of complications was not significantly different among three groups.Conclusion The perioperative FTS program can accelerate postoperative rehabilitation,but cannot reduce the incidence of complications.
