阿托伐他汀钙对冠心病患者血脂指标和踝臂指数以及脉搏波传导速度的影响

目的观察不同剂量的阿托伐他汀钙对冠心病患者血脂、踝臂指数（ABI）以及脉搏波传导速度（PWV）的影响。方法将我院2011年9月至2012年10月收治的152例冠心病患者随机的分为3组,A组50例,在常规治疗基础上加用40mg/d阿托伐他汀钙;B组52例,在常规治疗基础上加用10 mg/d阿托伐他汀钙;C组50例给予常规治疗。观察3组患者血脂、血压、ABI与PWV等的变化。结果 A组和B组治疗后血压与血脂水平较治疗前有明显改善,C组治疗前后改善不明显。A组血脂和血压下降程度明显高于B组和C组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。A组和B组治疗后ABI和PWV均有改善,C组改善不明显。A组ABI提高程度和PWV下降程度均明显高于B组和C组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论较大剂量的阿托伐他汀钙治疗冠心病,对患者的血压、血脂改善程度明显优于小剂量,且对ABI的提高和PWV的下降也更加优越。

Role of atorvastatin calcium in blood lipid,ankle-brachial index and pulse wave velocity of patients with coronary heart disease

Objective To observe the effect of different doses of Atto atorvastatin calcium indicators on blood gas,ankle-brachial index and pulse wave velocity in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods All 152 cases of coronary heart disease patients admitted in our hospital from September 2011 to October 2012 were randomly divided into three groups,namely A group of 50 patients who received the conventional treatment of coronary heart disease based on the addition of 40mg / d Atto atorvastatin calcium,group B of 52 patients who undertook the conventional treatment of coronary heart disease based on the addition of 10mg / d atorvastatin calcium treatment,and C group of 50 patients given conventional treatment.Blood lipids and blood pressure changes,the changes of the ankle-brachial index（ABI）,and pulse wave velocity（PWV） in three groups of patients were observed.Results Blood pressure and blood lipid levels in group A and B after treatment were improved significantly compared with those before treatment,while there was no obvious improvement in blood pressure and lipids in group C before and after treatment.Blood lipids and blood pressure reductions of group A were significantly higher than those in group B and C,and the difference was statistically significant（P＆lt;0.05）;ABI and PWV in group A and B were improved,but there was no obvious improvement in Group C.The improved extent of ABI and decreased degree of PWV in group A were significantly higher than those in group B and C,and the difference was statistically significant（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion The improvement of blood pressure and lipids in patients treated with larger dose of Atto atorvastatin calcium therapy in coronary heart disease is superior to those treated with low dose usage,and the effect was superior on increasing ABI and decreasing PWV.
