摘    要:P-糖蛋白(P-gp)是一个ATP依赖性药物外排泵,可影响药物代谢动力学,是导致药物吸收差以及肿瘤多药耐药性产生的重要因素。综述P-gp抑制剂的作用机制和具有P-gp抑制作用的药用辅料的实验研究,探讨利用药物制剂技术抑制P-gP对药物的外排作用,促进药物体内吸收,逆转肿瘤多药耐药性。

Abstract:P-glycoprotein(P-gp), an ATP-driven drug-efflux pump, makes a notable impact on pharmacokinetics, which leads to the poor absorption of transported substrate drugs and tumor muhidrug resistanee (MDR) development. The experimental researches on the mechanism of action of P-gp inhibitors and pharmaceutical excipients with P-gp inhibition activity were reviewed. The inhibition of P-gp-mediated drug-efflux by pharmaceutical technique was discussed to improve drug bioavailability and to reverse MDR.
