女性精神障碍者62例被性侵害案例特点分析

目的 初步探讨广州地区女性精神障碍者被性侵害案的特点，为预防此类事件的发生及维护这类妇女群体的权利提供参数。方法 自制调查表对要求进行性自我防卫能力评定的62例女性精神障碍者相关因素进行分析。结果 在被性侵害的女性精神障碍者中精神发育迟滞占74．2％；其次为精神分裂症占14．5％；躁狂症占4．8％；待分类的精神障碍占4．8％；无病1例，占1．7％；在所有案例中，已孕占32．2％；性自卫能力丧失85．5％，性自卫能力削弱8％，性自卫能力存在6.5％；多数发生在受害者家中，占33．9％或犯罪嫌疑人家中，占32．3％以及偏僻地，占25．8％；受害者家住异地的占29．1％；案发地在乡村的占71％。结论 女性精神障碍者被性侵害与一般地强奸案不同，社会及家人应让她们了解一定性生理知识，并进行生活能力和性防卫能力的培训，在加强监护和治疗的同时，更应该建立预防机制，以维护她们的安全及达到社会文明、和谐。

Case analysis of sexual assault against female patients with mental disorders

Objective: Initial study of cases of sexual assault against female mental disorders in Guangzhou and parameters provided for precaution of sexual assault against female mental disorders as well as protection of interests and rights of those concerned. Methods: Analysis of related factors of 62 female mental disorders requiring for appraisal of self - defensive ability with the help of self - made investigation forms. Results:In cases of sexual assault against female mental disorders, mental retardation accounts for the largest proportion of 74. 2% , schizophrenia accounts for 14. 5% , mania accounts for 4. 8% , unspecified psychotic accounts for 4. 8% and one case of non - psychosis accounts for 1. 7% . Among all those victims, 32. 2% are pregnant, 85. 5% have lost sexual self - defensive ability, 8% are in reduction of sexual self - defensive ability, and 6. 5% still have sexual self - defensive ability. Most of the cases happened at the home of the victim (33.9% ) or the home of the accused (32. 3% ) , or the by - place (25. 8% ). The home of victim reside in other district accounted for 29. 1%. Many of these occurred in countryside (71% ). Conclusion: Cases of sexual assault of female mental disorders differ from those of ecumenic violation. Those female mental disorders should be taught as well as receive training of certain knowledge of sexuality, living ability and self -defensive ability against sexual assault. At the same time of custody and treatment, a system of precaution should also be established for security maintenance and social civilization and harmonious.
