| 摘 要： | 目的探讨来氟米特治疗狼疮肾炎的不良反应的护理。方法以环磷酰胺为对照药物,观察来氟米特治疗狼疮肾炎的疗效及不良反应,从中总结出常见并发症的种类、临床表现、护理要点。结果来氟米特组发生不良反应13人次,不良反应主要是感染,以带状疱疹多见,环磷酰胺组发生不良反应17人次,主要为感染和月经不调。早期发现并发症并快速处理后,所有病人均恢复良好。结论来氟米特治疗狼疮肾炎的不良反应主要是感染,精心护理对症状改善促进病人康复起着有益的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the nursing care of side effect of leflunomide in treating lupus nephritis.Methods The curative effect and side effects of leflunomide in treating lupus nephritis were observed and the clinical manifestations and nursing of side effect were summarized.Cyclophosphamide(CTX) was used as control drug.Results There were 13 times side effects occurred in leflunomide group and the major side effect was infection in which shingles often occurred.In CTX group,17 times side effects occurred and the major side effects were infection and amenorrhea.After receiving the early observation and rapid therapy,all the patients experienced convalescent period successfully.Conclusions Main side effect of leflunomide in treating lupus nephritis is infection.Aborative nursing can improve the patient's condition and help them get well. |
