摘    要:针对机能实验学课程的特点,就青年教师如何上好机能学实验课等问题,介绍了培养青年教师实验教学素养和能力的体会,提出促进青年教师精通专业知识、扎实教学功底是提高实验教学能力的基础;课前充分准备、加强预实验、课中组织充分、灵活应对、提高青年教师科学研究素养是顺利完成机能实验教学改革的重要方式;锻炼多种教学方法、熟悉现代教学模式是青年教师应对医学实验教学未来挑战的必要途径。

Experience of improving the teaching ability of young teacher during the functional experiment course

Abstract:According to the characteristics of functional experiment course, the article expresses the experience of improving the teaching ability of young teachers during the functional experiment course. The article emphasizes that promoting the young teacher to improve their specialized knowledge and gain a fundamental theoretical knowledge are basic elements for young teachers. Preparing for the course carefully before hand, organizing the course orderly and improving the ability of scientific research are the important ways for young teachers to finish the course properly. Besides, encouraging young teachers to practice various teaching methods and be familiar with modern teaching modes are necessary for them to meet the challenge of the experimental teaching in higher medical education.
