酸枣仁汤加味联合常规降压药物治疗原发性高血压伴焦虑症的临床效果

目的研究酸枣仁汤加味联合常规降压药物治疗原发性高血压伴焦虑症的临床效果。方法收集2013年6月~2014年1月本院收治的原发性高血压伴焦虑症患者60例,随机分为实验组和对照组,各30例,实验组采用酸枣仁汤加味联合常规降压药物治疗,对照组采用常规降压药物治疗。治疗8周后评定两组的疗效。结果两组治疗后血压水平均有所降低,实验组降低较对照组明显,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组治疗后的HAMA评分均较治疗前有显著改善,且实验组较对照组改善更明显,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。实验组的降压总有效率及焦虑治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论酸枣仁汤加味联合常规降压药物治疗原发性高血压伴焦虑症的效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect of modified Suanzaoren decoction combined with conventional antihypertensive drug in the treatment of primary hypertension complicated with anxiety disorder

Objective To study clinical effect of modified Suanzaoren decoction combined with conventional antihypertensive drug in the treatment of primary hypertension complicated with anxiety disorder. Methods 60 cases of patients with primary hypertension complicated with anxiety disorder from June 2013 to January 2014 in our hospital were collected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each group in 30 cases.The modified Suanzaoren decoction combined with conventional antihypertensive drug were used in experimental group,while conventional antihypertensive drug was used in control group.The efficacy of two groups was assessed after 8 weeks of treatment. Results The blood pressure in two groups was reduced respectively after the treatment,experimental group lower than control group obviously,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.HAMA score of two groups after treatment than before treatment significantly improved,experimental group improved more obviously than control group,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.The total antihypertensive efficiency rate and anxiety treatment total efficiency rate in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group respectively,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Modified Suanzaoren decoction combined with conventional antihypertensive drug in the treatment of primary hypertension complicated with anxiety disorder has significant effect,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
