输卵管妊娠期待治疗效果的影响因素分析

目的探讨输卵管妊娠患者期待治疗成败的相关因素。方法选取163例采用期待治疗的输卵管妊娠患者为研究对象，根据治疗效果分为治疗失败组和成功组，分析对治疗效果有影响的因素。结果经单因素分析，初始血β-HCG〉590．5IU／L、囊性结构、盆腔积液是治疗成功的危险因素；经多因素Logistic回归分析，初始血β-HCG〉590．5IU／L、囊性结构为期待治疗成功的独立危险因素。结论对于初始血β—HCG水平较高（〉590．5IU，L）、有囊性结构的输卵管妊娠患者，采取期待治疗时应谨慎。

Risk factors analysis of the effects of expectant treatment in patients with tubal pregnancy

Objective To investigate the risk factors of the effects of expectant treatment in patients with tubal pregnancy. Methods 163 cases of patients with tubal pregnancy treated under expectant treatment were selected to analyze the factors affecting. Results Univariate analysis suggested initial serum β -HCG 〉590.5 IU/L, cystic structure,pelvic fluid were risk factors for the success of the treatment.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis suggested initial serum β-HCG〉590.5 IU/L,cystic structure were independent risk factors for the success of the treatment. Conclusion For those tubal pregnancy patients who have high initial serum β-HCG level （〉590.5 IU/L） and cystic structure in patients, caution should be taken before employing expectant treatment.
