女性盆腔包块的CT诊断

目的探究CT对盆腔包块的临床诊断价值及分析方法。方法选取本院妇产科收治的60例盆腔包块患者为研究对象,对患者的临床病史、CT结果及病理检查报告进行回顾性分析。结果临床及术后病理结果对照显示,CT检查准确定位的患者共55例,准确率91.7%;良性包块诊断准确患者38例,准确率92.7%;恶性包块诊断准确患者17例,准确率89.5%。结论 CT在诊断盆腔卵巢附件包块中,能准确定位包块的位置,同时清晰地显示出包块内部的特征及包块与周围组织的关系,结合患者临床病史进行定性诊断具有重要的意义。

CT diagnosis of female pelvic mass

Objective To explore the clinical diagnostic value and analytical method of computed tomography（CT）on pelvic mass. Methods Sixty patients with pelvic mass in department of gynecology and obstetrics in our hospital were selected as research objects.The clinical medical history,CT result and pathological examination report were retrospec- tively analyzed. Results After comparing the clinical and postoperative pathological examination outcome,accurate positioning by CT was in 55 cases accounting for 91.7%.There were 38 cases and 17 cases accurately diagnosed as benign and malignant mass respectively,and the accuracy rate was 92.7% and 89.5% respectively. Conclusion In the diagnosis of mass from pelvic cavity,ovary and adnexa,CT can make an accurate positioning of the mass and clearly demonstrate its internal characteristics and the relationship between the mass and its surrounding tissue,which is of great significance in qualitative diagnosis combined with patient＇s clinical medical history.
