运动想象疗法对宫颈癌患者生存生活质量的影响

目的探究运动想象疗法对宫颈癌患者生存生活质量的影响。方法选取本院妇产科2008年3月~2013年2月收治的100例宫颈癌患者,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组50例,对照组实施常规护理,研究组在对照组的基础上实施运动想象疗法。两组患者在干预前和干预后第4周末均接受QLQ-C30生存质量量表调查,记录数据并进行比较。结果两组干预前生活质量评分差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;干预后,研究组躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、社会功能、认知功能及总体OL评分均高于对照组（P〈0.05）,疲乏及疼痛评分低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论运动想象疗法是一项科学、合理、有效的护理方案,它不仅能改善患者的负性情感,还能提高患者的生活质量,在临床推广上具有可观的应用前景。

Effect of motor imagery therapy on quality of life in patients with cervical cancer

Objective To explore the effect of motor imagery therapy on the quality of life of patients with cervical cancer. Methods 100 cases of patients with cervical cancer were selected in our hospital from March 2008 to February 2013,and were randomly divided into study group and control group,each group had 50 cases.The control group were given with routine nursing care,while the study group were given with motor imagery therapy.Two groups of patients were given QLQ-C30 quality of life questionnaire,the data was recorded and compared. Results Before intervention,the score of life quality in the two groups had no significant difference （P〉0.05）;after intervention,physical function,role function,emotional function,social function,cognitive function and general aspects of OL scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）,fatigue and pain scores were lower than those in the control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Motor imaginary therapy is a scientific,reasonable,effective nursing methods.It can not only improve the negative emotion of patients,but also improve the quality of life of patients.
