重症监护病房多重耐药菌患者的护理干预

目的探讨多重耐药菌患者的护理干预,以控制多重耐药菌传播。方法按原卫生部《多重耐药菌医院感染预防与控制技术指南》,对本院重症监护病房52例多重耐药菌患者实行强化隔离等护理干预措施。结果对52例多重耐药菌阳性患者,经过医生的用心治疗,有效地实施综合性的护理干预,监测多重药菌感染情况,20例连续两次多重药菌检测阴性、15例临床感染症状治愈或好转、17例死亡,没有发生多重耐药菌医院内感染暴发流行。结论对多重耐药菌患者实施护理干预措施,不仅有利于患者的康复,更可有效地防止多重耐药菌株在医院内传播。

The nursing intervention of patients with multiple drug-resistant bacteria in intensive care unit

Objective To explore the nursing intervention of patients with multiple drug-resistant for controlling the spread of the multiple drug-resistant bacteria. Methods According to Technical Guidelines for Prevention and Control of Multi-drug Resistant Bacteria in Hospital Infection of the ministry,such as the strengthening isolation nursing intervention measures for 52 patients with multiple drug-resistant bacteria in our intensive care unit were carried out. Results 52 cases of multi-drug resistant-positive patients,the doctor＇s intentions after the treatment,the effective implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention,monitoring of multiple drug bacterial infection,20 cases of multidrug twice tested negative for bacteria,15 cases of clinical cure or symptoms of infection improved,17 cases of death did not occur within the multi-resistant hospital infection epidemic outbreaks. Conclusion The nursing intervention of patients with multiple drug-resistant bacteria not only is beneficial to the patient＇s rehabilitation,but also more effectively prevent the spread of multiple drug resistant strains within the hospital.
