阿仑膦酸钠与降钙素联合治疗骨质疏松症的临床效果观察

摘    要:目的探讨阿仑磷酸钠与降钙素联合治疗骨质疏松症的效果。方法选取本院2011年3月~2012年3月收治的246例骨质疏松症患者,将其随机分为两组,每组各123例。对照组采用降钙索治疗,观察组联合使用阿仑膦酸钠与降钙素治疗。观察两组患者的骨密度(BMD)变化、疼痛改善程度,评定治疗效果。结果治疗8个月后对照组和观察组患者的bBMD值均有所增加,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),观察组患者的BMD值增加更为明显,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。观察组治疗后疼痛改善程度优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论阿仑磷酸钠联合降钙素治疗骨质疏松症的效果显著,能够明显增加骨密度,值得推广应用。

Clinical effect observation of alendronate combined with calcitonin in treatment of osteoporosis

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of alendronate combined with calcitonin in treatment of osteoporo- sis. Methods 246 patients with osteoporosis were treated in our hospital from 2011 March to 2012 March,and they were randomly divided into two groups,123 cases in each group.The control group was given calcitonin,while the observation group was given alendronate and calcitonin.The BMD changes,pain improvement degree of the two groups were observed,the therapeutic effect was evaluated. Results After 8 months of treatment,L2-4 BMD value of the observation group and the control group significantly increased (P〈0.05) when compared with pre-treatment.The BMD in observa- tion group was significantly increased more than that of the control group (P〈0.05).After treatment,the pain improvement degree of the observation group was more better than that of the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Alendronate combined with calcitonin for osteoporosis patients has a significant treatment effect,can significantly increase bone mineral density,and it is worthy of popularization and application.
