米非司酮配伍米索前列醇含服联合阴道给药对稽留流产的临床疗效观察

目的探讨米非司酮配伍米索前列醇含服联合阴道给药对稽留流产的临床疗效。方法选取本院2013年3-11月收治的96例稽留流产患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各48例，对照组采用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇口服；观察组采用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇含服联合阴道给药；观察比较两组患者的组织物排出情况、清官术中出血量、手术时间和不良反应。结果观察组完全流产率为77．1％，明显高于对照组的66．7％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组患者的不完全流产率、失败率和总有效率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；观察组患者的术中出血量和手术时间明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；两组患者的不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论米索前列醇含服及阴道给药配伍口服米非司酮，使两种药物血药峰值时间更接近，作用更强，可获得更好的临床效果，完全流产率高，不良反应低，值得临床推广。

Clinical curative effect of mifepristone and misoprostol sublingual combined with vaginal delivery on missed abortion

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of mifepristone and misoprostol sublingual combined with vaginal delivery on missed abortion. Methods 96 cases of missed abortion were selected in our hospital from March 2013 to November 2013 as research objects,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group of 48 cases,the control group patients were treated with mifepristone and misoprostol orally, the observation group patients were treated with mifepristone combined with misoprostol sublingual combined with vaginal delivery,the organization discharge conditions,the bleeding volume,operation time and adverse reaction of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The complete abortion rate in the observation group was 77.1%,significantly higher than that 66.7% in control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）,the incomplete abortion group rate,failure rate and the total effectiveness of two groups without significant difference （P〉0.05）,amount of bleeding and operation time of observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.01）,the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups had no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Misoprostol oral and vaginal administration of mifepristone compatibility,make two kinds of drug peak time closer,and play the stronger role,in order to get better clinical effect,complete abortion rate is high,low adverse reaction,so it is worth of clinical promotion.
