摘 要: | 目的对新水杨酸溶出度标准片A样和B样进行标定和评价。方法分别采用篮法、桨法、小杯法对标准片进行溶出度试验,以紫外分光光度法对水杨酸的浓度进行测定。结果A样与B样的平均溶出度为26.81%、24.21%(篮法);28.95%、26.56%(桨法);22.50%、20.33%(小杯法)。A样与B样的RSD为1.1%、1.2%(篮法);1.3%、2.1%(桨法);3.7%、3.9%(小杯法)。结论两种水杨酸片均可作为标准片使用。

Abstract: | Objective To calibrate and evaluate the new salicylic acid standard tablets A and B for dissolution tester's qualities. Methods Dissolution tests were carried out with basket,paddle,and small glass methods.Ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy was applied to fit the concentration of salicylic acid. Results The average dissolution of A and B were 26.81%,24.21% of basket;28.95%,26.56% of paddle;22.50%,20.33% of small glass.The RSD of A and B were 1.1%, 1.2% of basket;1.3%,2.1% of paddle;3.7%,3.9% of small glass. Conclusion The new salicylic acid tablets A and B can be used as standard tablets for dissolution tester qualification. |
