多西紫杉醇与比卡鲁胺治疗激素抵抗性前列腺癌的效果对比

目的观察多西紫杉醇及比卡鲁胺治疗激素抵抗性前列腺癌（HRPC）的效果。方法选取本院2007年1月～2013年12月收治的有完整资料的HRPC患者66例，将其随机分为观察组及对照组，每组各33例，观察组给予比卡鲁胺联合泼尼松治疗，对照组给予多西紫杉醇联合泼尼松治疗，比较两组患者的疗效以及不良反应。结果观察组治疗的有效率为66．7％，对照组为36．4％，观察组的有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（X2=6．06，P〈0．05）。观察组的不良反应发生率为36．4％，对照组为69．7％，组间差异有统计学意义（X2=7．36，P〈0．05）。结论比卡鲁胺联合波尼松治疗HRPC患者的效果优于多西紫杉醇，且不良反应较少。

Effect contrast of docetaxel and bicalutamide on the treatment of hormone resistant prostate cancer

Objective To observe the effect of docetaxel and bicalutamide on the treatment of hormone resistant prostate cancer. Methods 66 cases of HRPC with complete data treated in our hospital from January 2007 to December 2013 were selected and divided into the observation group and control group,each group of 33 cases,the observation group was given bicalutamide combined with prednisone therapy,the control group given docetaxel combined with prednisone therapy,curative effect and adverse reaction of patients in two groups were compared. Results The effective rate was 66.7% in observation group,the control group was 36.4%,the effective rate of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant （X2=6.06,P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions was 36.4% in observation group,the control group was 69.7%,the difference was statistically significant between two groups （x2=7.36,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The bicalutamide combined with prednisone treatment of patients with HRPC is better than the docetaxel,and has less adverse reaction.
