孕期维生素 D 水平检测与妊娠期糖尿病的关系分析

目的探讨孕期维生素D水平检测与妊娠期糖尿病（GDM）的关系。方法选取2013年4月～2014年6月于本院建立产前档案的446例初产孕妇作为研究对象，根据糖耐量测试的结果分为GDM组（A组）和正常组（B组），对比两组孕妇血清维生素D水平，分析其与GDM的联系。结果B组孕妇空腹及摄糖后血糖水平均低于A组，组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；A组孕妇血清中维生素D水平为（21．5±6．9）ng／ml，明显低于B组孕妇的（26．4±8．2）ng／ml，组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。GDM所在的A组孕妇维生素D水平多集中于20～24ng／ml，正常产妇所在的B组维生素D水平多集中于26—30ng／ml，表明维生素D水平与GDM患病率呈负相关，维生素D水平越高、患病概率越小。结论孕期维生素D水平的检测与GDM有一定相关性，值得在孕期检测中合理利用。

The relationship analysis of vitamin D levels test during pregnancy and gestational diabetes

Objective To explore the relationship analysis of vitamin D levels test during pregnancy and gestational diabetes. Methods 446 cases of first-timer pregnant women from April 2013 to June 2014 established antenatal records in our hospital were selected as research subjects,according to glucose tolerance test results who were divided into gestational diabetes group （group A） and normal group （group B）,serum vitamin D levels of pregnant women of two groups were compared,analyzed the relationship between it and gestational diabetes. Results Pregnant women of group B whose empty stomach and the blood sugar level after sugar taken were both lower than those of group A,the differ- ence was obvious between the comparison of groups,it had statistical significance （P〈0.05）,serum vitamin D levels of pregnant women of group A was （21.5±6.9） ng/ml,it was obviously lower than that of group B （26.4±8.2） ng/ml],there was statistical significance between the two groups （P〈0.05）.GDM in pregnant women of group A whose VD level was more concentrated from 20 to 24 ng/ml,normal women of group B whose VD level more focused on from 26 to 30 ng/ml, it showed that VD level and GDM prevalence were negatively correlations,the higher the VD level,the smaller the risk. Conclusion Vitamin D levels test during pregnancy has a certain correlation with gestational diabetes,it is worth reasonablly using in prenatal detection.
