股骨头缺血性坏死髋关节置换术后并发下肢深静脉血栓的危险因素探究

目的探讨影响股骨头缺血性坏死患者接受人工全髋关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓发生率的危险因素。方法选取本院住院的118例诊断为股骨头缺血坏死并愿意接受人工全髋关节置换术的患者作为本次临床研究的样本资料,收集患者的信息,包括年龄、体重、是否存在基础疾病、施术时间、切口大小与抗凝药策略等危险因素,进行统计学分析。结果年龄、体重情况对下肢深静脉血栓发生率影响不明显（P〉0.05）;是否存在基础疾病、抗凝药使用情况、施术时间长短、切口大小对术后下肢深静脉血栓发生率有显著影响（P〈0.05）。结论施术时间长短、是否存在基础疾病、切口大小、抗凝药应用策略是全髋关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响因素。

Explore the risk factors of the hip arthroplasty postoperative deep venous thrombosis on the patients of avascular necrosis

Objective To explore the risk factors of limb deep vein thrombosis the in osteonecrosis patients after total hip arthroplasty treatment. Methods 118 osteonecrosis patients after total hip arthroplasty treatment in our hospital were chosed as the sample data of this clinical study.All information of these patients were collected the risk factors,in- cluding age,weight,underlying disease,operation time,incision size anticoagulant strategies,for statistical analyzed. Resuits Age and weight had no significantly effect on the risk of limb deep vein thrombosis （P〉0.05） while underlying diseases,the use of anticoagulant drugs,operation time,wound size had a significant effect （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Operation time,underlying diseases,wound size,anticoagulation drugs strategy are the risk factors of deep venous thrombosis after total hip arthroplasty.
