督导呼吸训练对肺尘埃沉着病患者肺功能及临床症状的影响

目的探讨督导呼吸训练对肺尘埃沉着病患者肺功能及临床症状改善的临床效果。方法选取本院2010年5月~2011年4月收治的32例稳定期肺尘埃沉着病患者,设为对照组,实施常规护理及肺部治疗措施;选取本院2011年5月~2012年4月收治的30例稳定期肺尘埃沉着病患者,设为研究组,在对照组护理基础上开展督导呼吸训练。分别评估两组患者干预前及干预后第6个月末肺功能及呼吸困难等级情况。结果干预前两组呼吸困难程度差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;干预后,研究组呼吸困难程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。干预前两组肺功能指标差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;干预后,研究组肺功能指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论肺尘埃沉着病患者开展督导呼吸训练能有效改善呼吸困难程度,并提高肺功能,取得较为可观的护理效果。

The influence of respiratory training on pulmonary function and clinical symptoms of patients with pneumoconiosis

Objective To explore the effect of respiratory training on pulmonary function and clinical symptoms of patients with pneumoconiosis. Methods 32 cases of patients with stable pneumoconiosis in our hospital from May 2010 to April 2011 were set as the control group,who were carried out routine nursing care;30 cases of patients with stable pneumoconiosis in our hospital in May 2011 to April 2012 were set as the study group,who were carried out supervision with respiratory training.The pulmonary function and difficult breathing of 2 groups were assessed before and after intervention of sixth months. Results Before the intervention,the degree of dyspnea of two groups had no significant difference （P〉0.05）;after the intervention,the degree of dyspnea of study group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.Before the intervention,the pulmonary function of two groups had no significant difference （P〉0.05）;after the intervention,the pulmonary function of study group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Respiratory training on patients with pneumoconiosis can not only effectively improve the degree of dyspnea,but also improve the pulmonary function.
