早期康复护理在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病中的应用效果观察

目的探讨早期康复护理在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病（HIE）中的应用效果。方法选取本院2012年1月~2013年5月收治的新生儿HIE患儿60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上给予早期康复护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组护理6、12个月的智力发育指数和运动发育指数评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组患儿1岁时的智能正常比例明显高于对照组（86.7%vs 63.3%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;随访1~2年,观察组后遗症发生率明显低于对照组（6.67%vs23.33%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论早期康复护理在新生儿HIE中的应用效果显著,可明显提高患儿的智力和运动发育情况,降低后遗症发生率,对提高患儿预后具有重要意义。

Observation of early rehabilitation nursing on neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy

Objective To explore the application effect of early rehabilitation nursing on neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy （HIE）. Methods Sixty cases of patients with neonatal HIE admitted into our hospital from January 2012 to May 2013 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.In the control group,routine nursing was applied,while in the observation group,on the basis of routine nursing, early rehabilitation nursing was added.The nursing effect in both groups was compared. Results In the observation group,the scores of mental development index and psychomotor development index in 6-month and 12-month nursing were both higher than those in the control group,the differences were significant （P〈0.05）.The proportion of normal intelligence in infant patients at the age of one year old in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （86.7% vs 63.3%）,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.During 1-2 years follow-up visits,the incidence of sequelae in the observation group was lower in comparison with the control group （6.67% vs 23.33%）,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of neonatal HIE,early rehabilitation nursing can obtain a remarkable effect,greatly improve patient＇s intelligence and psychomotor development,and reduce the incidence of sequelae,which is of great significance to promote prognosis.
