两种不同方法治疗老年髋部骨折的效果观察

目的探讨采用手术及非手术治疗老年髋部骨折的临床效果。方法将98例老年髋部骨折患者随机分为两组，观察组49例采用手术治疗，对照组49例采用非手术治疗，比较两组的疗效。结果观察组的优良率为81．63％，显著高于对照组的20．41％（P〈0．05）。观察组的并发症发生率为18.37％，明显低于对照组的59．18％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论只要做好术前评估、掌握手术指征，就可有效控制老年髋部骨折的合并症，早期采用手术治疗老年髋部骨折创伤小、安全、可靠、有效。可缩短患者的住院时间，提高患者的生活自理能力及生活质量。

Effect observation of two different methods in the treatment of elderly patients with hip fracture

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of two different methods in the treatment of elderly patients with hip fracture. Methods 98 cases of elderly patients with hip fracture were randomly divided into two groups,operation was used in observation group（49 cases）,non-operation was used in control group（49 cases）.The effect in two groups was compared. Results The excellent and good rate in observation group was 81.63%,higher than that in control group （20.41%）（P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of complication in observation group was 18.37%,significantly lower than that in control group （59.18%）,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion As long as good preoperative evaluation,master the operation indication,can effectively control of hip fracture in elderly patients.Early operation in the treatment of hip fracture with little trauma,safe,reliable,effective,can shorten patient＇s hospitalization time,improve the patient＇s self-care ability and quality of life.
