胃镜下活体组织检查与外科手术病理诊断胃癌价值的对比分析

目的对比分析胃镜下活体组织检查与外科手术病理对胃癌的诊断价值。方法选取本院收治的胃癌患者152例,分别采用胃镜下活体组织检查和外科手术病理检查两种方法对其进行诊断,并对两种检查方法的诊断结果进行对比研究。结果以外科手术后组织病理学检查结果为标准,胃镜活体组织检查中确诊率、疑诊率分别为93.4%和4.6%,两者病变形态中的BorrmannⅣ型和分化程度的判断结果差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论胃镜下活体组织检查对胃癌的临床诊断具有重要意义,但在胃癌全面评估时,仍然需要以外科手术病理诊断结果为主,才能为治疗方案的选择提供更加准确的参考依据。

Comparison and analysis the diagnosis value of gastric cancer by gastroscopy biopsy and surgical operation pathology

Objective To comparative analysis the diagnosis value of of gastric cancer by gastroscopy biopsy and surgical operation pathology. Methods 152 cases of patients with gastric carcinoma were selected in our hospitalin,they were diagnosed by gastroscopy biopsy and surgical operation pathological examination two kinds of methods respectively.The value of the diagnosis was observed and analyzed. Results Surgical operation pathological examination as the standard, gastroscopy biopsy in diagnosis rate,suspected rate were 93.4% and 4.6%,but the BorrmannlV type and differentiation degree of lesion morphology judgment result had differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Gastroscopy biopsy is very important for clinical diagnosis of gastric cancer,but comprehensive assessment,still needs surgical operation pathology diagnosis results,it can provide more accurate reference for the treatment choice.
