无张力疝修补术与传统疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的效果比较

目的对比无张力疝修补术与传统疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床效果。方法选取2010年1月～2013年6月本院收治的腹股沟疝患者63例，随机分为两组，对照组33例患者采用传统疝修补术，观察组33例患者采用无张力疝修补术，比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组的手术时间、住院时间短于对照组，术后下床活动时间早于对照组，术中出血量少于对照组，并发症发生率及复发率低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论腹股沟疝无张力疝修补术较传统疝修补术具有手术时间短，术中出血量少和复发率低等优点，值得推广应用。

The efficacy comparison of tension-free hernioplasty and traditional hernioplasty in the treatment of inguinal hernia

Objective To compare clinical efficacy of tension-free hernioplasty and traditional hernioplasty in the treatment of inguinal hernia. Methods 63 cases of patients with inguinal hernia treated in our hospital from January 2010 to June 2013 were selected and randomely divided into two groups,traditional hernia repair was used in control group（33 cases）and tension-free repair was used in observation group（30 cases）.Clinical effect in two groups was compared. Results Operative time,hospitalization time and time out of bed after surgery in observation group was shorter than that in control group respectively,intraoperative blood loss in observation group was less than that in control group, the incidence rate of complication and recurrence rate in observation group was lower than that in control group respectively,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The tension-free inguinal hernia repair has advantage of shorter operative time,less bleeding and lower recurrence rate than traditional hernia repair,it is worthy of promotion and application.
