骨刺胶囊的质量标准研究

目的建立和提高骨刺胶囊的质量标准。方法采用显微鉴别法对骨刺胶囊中的杜仲、牛膝、熟地和续断进行鉴别;采用薄层色谱法（TLC）对骨刺胶囊中的独活、续断、牛膝和当归药材进行定性鉴别。结果显微特征明显;建立了独活、续断、牛膝和当归药材的薄层鉴别法,TLC斑点清晰,重现性好,专属性强,阴性对照无干扰。结论显微鉴别方法操作简便、准确可靠,耗费少;TLC方法简便可行,结果准确可靠,重复性好,可作为骨刺胶囊的质量控制方法。

Study on quality standard of Guci capsule

Objective To establish and improve quality standard of Guci capsule. Methods Microscopic identification method was used to identify Eucommia, Aehyranthes,Radix rehmanniae praeparata and teasel root in Guci capsule;Thin layer chromatography （TLC） was used to identify Angeliga,teasel root,Achyranthes and Angelica sinensis in Guci capsule. Results The microscopic characteristics were obvious,TLC methods of Angelica,teasel root,Achyranthes and Angelica sinensis were established.TLC spots were clear with good reproducibility,specificity,negative control without interference. Conclusion Microscopic identification method is simple,accurate and reliable,less waste;TLC method is simple with accurate results and good repeatability ,and it can be used as the quality control method of Guci capsule.
