综合心理干预对急救患儿家属情绪的影响

目的探讨综合心理干预对急救患儿家属情绪的影响。方法选取2012年6月~2013年12月进入急诊抢救室抢救患儿68例的家属96名作为调查对象,随机分为对照组、干预组,每组各48名。对照组实施对患儿病情情况、治疗、危险程度等知情告知的常规护理,干预组实施综合心理干预,应用焦虑、抑郁自评量表评价干预前后家属的焦虑及抑郁评分。结果对照组、干预组干预前后的SAS、SDS评分比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）,两组干预后的SAS、SDS评分比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论患儿突然发病,导致家属呈应激状态,急救人员在抢救患儿的同时,应关注家属的情绪及心理反应,对其进行综合心理干预是有效、可行的,在临床开展简单易行,效果显著,值得推广。

Influence of comprehensive psychological intervention on emotion of family members of ill children with first aid

Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive psychological intervention on emotion of family members of ill children with first aid. Methods 96 family members of 68 ill children with first aid pediatric patients wheeled into emergency room from June 2012 to December 2013 were selected as investigated objects.They were evenly and randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group.In the control group,routine nursing such as disease condition, treatment,and danger level was informed to their family members,while in the intervention group,the comprehensive psychological intervention was implemented.The score of anxiety and depression in family members of ill children was evaluated by self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） and self-rating depression scale （SDS）. Results There was a statistical difference of score of SAS and SDS before and after intervention in the control group and the intervention group （P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.There was a statistical difference of score of SAS and SDS after intervention in the two groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Children with a sudden onset leads to stress state of their family members.First-aid personnel should pay attention to the emotion and psychic reactions ＇of family members on rescuing their children.Comprehensive intervention on family members in emergency treatment is effective and feasible.It is easy and simple to carry out in clinic and obtains a remarkable effect,which is worthy of expansion.
