| 摘 要： | 目的 为了更好地促进介入放射学科的良性发展.方法 总结近十余年来蚌医附院介入科病房管理经验,分析存在的问题,并提出相关的解决思路.结果 分析总结出以下各项有效措施:注重人才培养,构建合理人才梯队;以人为本,患者至上,加强医惠交流;严抓病案质量管理;规范诊疗程序,制定应急预案;健全科室规章制度,按章办事;加强学科联系;积极宣传介入知识,扩大病源.结论 通过严格执行以上各项管理措施,在开展诸多新项目的同时,不仅创造良好经济效益,而且又保障了医疗安全,取得患者信任,扩大了社会效益,大大促进了介入学科的健康、快速发展.
