胃癌组织中自由基代谢变化与癌组织学类型及分化程度的关系

摘    要:目的:研究胃癌组织中自由基代谢变化对胃癌发生及发展的影响。方法:52例胃癌患者新鲜离体胃癌标本,分别选取胃癌中央,癌旁,癌远侧端等三处组织,检测组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:胃非黏液性癌组织中SOD活性显著降低,MDA含量显著升高,且此变化随着癌组织分化程度的降低而愈加显著。胃黏液性癌组织中SOD活性,MDA含量均极度降低,且癌旁,癌远侧端组织中二者的下降也十分突出。结论:胃非黏液性癌胃壁组织的自由基反应活跃,胃壁组织抗氧化能力减弱,脂质过氧化反应及其损伤作用增强,并与癌组织的分化程度相关,胃黏液性癌胃壁组织的自由基反应低下,极低的SOD可能与本类型癌组织具有较强的浸润能力有关。极低的MDA也表明癌组织的发生及发展脂质过氧化反应无关。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of metabolic changes of free radicals in gastric tissue on development of gastric cancer.Methods Superoxide dismutase(SOD) activities and malondialdehyde(MDA) content were measured in gastric tissue of central, peripheral and far-away areas of cancer in 52 patients with gastric cancer.Results SOD activity was greatly reduced and MDA content markedly increased in non-mucous gastric cancer (non-MGC). These changes were correlated with the differentiation degree of gastric cancer. SOD activity and MDA content were greatly reduced in mucous gastric cancer (MGC), and the changes was also very prominent in peripheral and far-away area of cancer. Conclusion The reaction of free radicals is very active in non-MGC, the ability of anti-oxidation is weakened in gastric tissue, the lipid peroxidation and its damaging effect is enhanced, and these changes were associated with the differentiation degree of gastric cancer. The reaction of free radical is very low in gastric tissue of MGC. The activity of SOD correlate with the strong infiltrating ability in MGC. Lipid peroxidation is not associated with the development of gastric cancer.
