| 摘 要： | 目的研究长期摄入乙醇对大鼠主动脉血管反应性的影响。方法自由饮酒诱导建立大鼠慢性饮酒模型,将实验用SD大鼠40只随机分为正常对照组、乙醇组两实验组,造模16周后,断头处死大鼠,分离主动脉,观察大鼠主动脉血管反应性的变化,同时检测血清中的SOD、MDA水平。结果血管舒张药物硝普钠、吡那地尔均可以使乙醇组SD大鼠主动脉舒张,但舒张幅度较正常对照组没有明显差异;乙醇组大鼠血清中的SOD水平较对照组明显降低,MDA水平较对照组明显升高。结论慢性饮酒对大鼠主动脉血管反应性没有明显影响。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of chronic oral administration of ethanol on reactivity of isolated rat aorta. Method Rats were divided into normal control group, model group. After 16 weeks Rats were killed. The isolated aortas removed from Wistar rats were prepared and studied in isolated organ bath. The level of superoxide dismutase （SOD）, malondialdehyde （MDA） in serum were measured. Results No significant changes in reactivity of rat isolated aortas were seen in chronic ethanol consumption. The levels of SOD and MDA in serum were different between groups. Conclusion Chronic ethanol treatment has no effects on reactivity of isolated rat aorta. |
