肝移植患者的心理变化及护理对策

目的探讨肝移植患者的心理变化，提出护理措施。方法在临床工作中采用交流和观察的方法了解肝移植患者的心理状况，找出影响其心理变化的相关因素，采取了介绍疾病相关知识，做好术前访视，营造良好的环境，加强心理支持等护理对策。结果解除了患者对环境的陌生感，对疾病的恐惧感及自身的孤独失落感，使其主动配合医护人员进行治疗和护理，提高了治愈率。结论在护理工作中，应重视肝移植患者的心理变化，及时解除其思想压力，以增强治疗效果。

An Analysis of Psychic Changes of Patients Undergoing Liver Transplantations and Treatments of It

Objective To discuss psychic changes of patients undergoing liver transplantations, And to introduce some nursing measures. Methods Try to understand the psychic situations of Patients undergoing liver transplantations in clinical works by observing and talking to them, and to find the relative factors which were involved and accordingly some nursing measures such as introducing knowledge about the disease, making interviews before operations. Building good surroundings, and strengthening psychic support were taken. Results The feelings of jamaisvu, dread and loneliness of patients were relieved, the cure rates increased because they were willing to fit the treatments. Conclusion It is important to understand the psychic change of patients who undergo liver transplantations, then the effects will be better with their psychic pressures relieved.
