NST评分法和改良Fischer评分法评价胎监结果与新生儿出生情况相关性

目的：探讨在分析产前胎儿电子监护结果时，改良Fischer评分法和NST评分法评价胎儿电子监护情况与产后新生儿出生情况Apgar评分的相关性。方法：分析在本院住院做产前胎儿电子监护无宫缩孕妇775例的监护结果，每例监护结果均用改良Fischer评分法和NST评分法分别分析评分，将评分的分数与新生儿出生情况Apgar评分分数比较。结果：一般情况下改良Fischer评分法的分数高于NST评分法的分数，相差3－6分的164例，占21．16％；164例中改良Fischer评分法的分数与Apgar评分7～10分段百分比吻合率达92．45％，而NST评分法吻合率相差较大．且改良Fischer评分法与NST评分法行χ^2检验．P〈0．01。结论：建议在对胎儿电子监护结果进行分析时，医生多参考改良Fischer评分法的评分分数并结合临床。

The dependability analysis between the evaluates on the fetus electron monitoring and the birth status of infant by NST score and reforming Fischer score

Objective：To approach the dependability analysis between the evaluation on the fetus electron monitoring results at antepartum and the birth status of infant by reforming Fischer score and NST score.Methods：The fetus electron monitoring results from 775 pregnant women in hospitalized without uterine contraction were analyzed,and all the scores were marked by reforming Fischer score and NST score respectively,then they were compared with the Apgar scores when the newborn birthing. Results：The reforming Fischer scores were higher than the NST scores in the general condition, and 164 cases were contrast 3 to 6 scores （21.16%）.And the coincidence rate were 92.45% in the 7 to 10 scores portion by the reforming scored and Apgar scored in the 164 cases.On the contrary, the coincidence rate were difference fairly between the NST scores and Apgar score. And the P〈0.01 by chi-square test between the reforming Fischer scores and NST scores. Conclusion：It suggested that the reforming Fisher scores would be refer and combine the clinic when the doctor analysis the fetus electron monitoring results.
