| 摘 要： | 重组人粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子（rhGM-CSF)效价的测定是采用TF-1rhGM-CSF依赖株细胞，该细胞的增殖与rhGM-CSF浓度成正比，用MTT法测定细胞增殖程度，反映rhGM-CSF的活性，在测定rhGM-CSF的效价过程中TF-1细胞的密度对实验结果有直接影响。

| Abstract: | The titer assay of the recombinant Granulocyte Macrophage colong-stimulating- factor (rh GM-CSF) adopted dependant cell strain of TF-1 GM-CSF.And the multiplication rate of the cell affected the activity of GM-CSF.In the course of titer assay of GM-CSF,the cell density of TF-1 cell had direct influence on test sequence. |
