东山口岸5年出入境人员传染病监测结果分析

目的]防止传染病由国境口岸传入与传出,为传染病监测工作提供科学依据。方法]对东山口岸2001￣2005年3861名出入境人员的传染病监测结果进行分析。结果]共检出传染病446例,检出率为11.55%,其中HBsAg阳性527例;肺结核7例;梅毒14例;HIV感染2例。结论]传染病检出率有上升趋势。梅毒检出率远高于全国统计数据。HBsAg、肺结核均有不同程度的回升;HIV感染者的检出打破了东山口岸无艾滋病的记录,提示加强出入境人员疾病监测的重要性。

Analysis on Surveillance Results of Infectious Disease among Entry--exit Personnels at Dongsan Port

Objective To prevent infectious disease from our frontier port , and to provide a scientific basis for infectious disease surveillance. Method The infectious disease surveillance results of 3 861 entry-exit personnels at Dongsan port during 2001-2005 were analyzed. Results 446 positive out of 3 861 have been found, accounting for 11.55%. 527 were HBsAg positive, and 7 were TB, 2 cases were HIV positive, and 14 subjects were syphilis. Conclusion There is an increasing trend of infectious disease.The detection rate of syphilis had higher than national statistics. The detective rate of HBsAg and TB increased wariously. 2 HIV positive cases have been found, breaking the recorder in the past ten years. It is important to strengthen the disease surveillance of entry-exit people at frontier port.
