| 摘 要： | 目的回顾我院单纯性下肢静脉曲张伴并发症的手术治疗。方法随访12例（18条患肢）应用大隐静脉高位结扎顺行剥脱术治疗静脉曲张伴并发症的患者，随访率91．7％，平均随访时间15个月。结果患肢术后原并发症明显好转，肿胀明显消退，溃疡渐愈合，效果满意。结论所有伴并发症患者通过积极综合治疗均取良好的效果，达到临床治愈。

| Abstract: | Objective To review the surgery effect of simple varicose veins at lower limbs with complications.Methods 12 cases(18 limbs) of saphenous vein ligation-line stripping for the treatment of varicose veins of patients with complications were followed,follow-up rate of 91.7%,with an average follow-up period of 15 months.Results The original complications had a marked improvement,swelling significantly dissipated,gradually healing ulcers after operation.We had satisfactory results.Conclusion All cases with the c... |
