| 摘 要： | 目的探讨电视胸腔镜辅助小切口切除肺大泡的治疗效果。方法125例肺大泡患者为研究对象，采用胸腔镜辅助小切口或开胸手术方法，行肺大泡切除术。结果63例患者在胸腔镜辅助下小切口行肺大泡切除术，62例选择后外侧切口行肺大泡切除术，均痊愈出院，1例于术后7天死于肺部感染。结论胸腔镜辅助下小切口切除肺大泡可行、安全，它具有创伤小、出血少、疼痛轻、恢复快等特点。

| Abstract: | Objective Research to operate lung bubbles elects with small incision of thoracoscope. Methods 125 cases of patients,who received treatment of thoracoscopy or thoracotomy to operate lung bubbles. Results 63 eases received a small incision to operate them ;62 cases received posterlater incision to operate bubbles. One case died of lung infection. Condusion Using VAMT to treat lung bubble is easy and safe, it has little damage, less bleed, little pain and fast restoration. |
