人工肝血浆置换治疗技术在重型肝炎中应用分析

目的观察人工肝血浆置换治疗技术在重型肝炎中的临床疗效。方法将41例重型肝炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组20例,对照组21例。治疗组用人工肝单纯血浆置换加综合药物治疗;对照组不做人工肝血浆置换治疗,余药物治疗同治疗组。两组治疗前后均记录有关消化道症状及肝性脑病、出血倾向等症状、体征与主要肝功能、凝血功能的变化。两组治疗前后的结果用χ2检验与t检验分析比较以判定疗效。结果治疗6周后治疗组总有效率为75%,疗效优于对照组的23.8%(P<0.01);治疗组临床症状、体征均较对照组有明显改善(P<0.05);且治疗组TBiL、DBiL、ALT、AST、PT、PTA等肝功能及凝血功能的检测均优于对照组(P<0.05);同时治疗组治疗前后对比其肝功能与凝血功能也有显著改善(P<0.01)。结论人工肝血浆置换治疗重型肝炎有较好的疗效。

Analysis of plasma exchange in hepatitis gravis with artifical liver support system

Objective To study the curative effect of plasma exchange in artifical liver support system on hepatitis gravis. Methods A total of 41 patients with hepatitis gravis were divided into two groups randomly:therapeutic group(n = 20) treated by plasma exchange in artifical liver support system and combined drugs;control group(n = 21) only treated by drugs (the same with that in therapeutic group). Both treating group and control group,the change of the clinical symptom,sign,liver function and prothrombin function were recorded before and after therapy. Results After 6 weeks treatment,the clinical symptoms and signs in therapeutic group showed significal improvement than that in control group (P < 0.05),and the test result of total bilirubin(TBiL),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),prothromin time(PT),plasma thromboplastin antecedent(PTA) etc. were superior to that in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The plasma exchange of artifical liver support system has better curative effect in hepatitis gravis.
