| 摘 要： | 目的分析不同手术方法治疗新生血管性青光眼(neovascular glaucoma,NVG)的临床应用效果.方法对我院10年来共31例31眼NVG的不同手术疗效进行回顾性分析,其中25眼行睫状体冷凝术,5眼行小梁切除术联合5 Fu结膜下注射,1眼行青光眼活瓣外引流管植入术,观察术前术后眼压(Intraocular pressure,IOP)及视力变化,随访4-27个月.结果睫状体冷凝术后患者眼压有明显下降,但相对于手术成功指标(7mmHg＜IOP<22mmHg)25眼中仅4例达到这一标准,共2眼发生眼球萎缩,5眼因术后疼痛摘除眼球,9眼发生视力下降;小梁切除术5眼中2眼达到理想降眼压标准,1眼出现视力下降;外流流管植入术患者眼压控制良好.结论传统睫状体冷凝术在缓解疼痛降低IOP方面作用较为明显,但手术并发症多,术后视功能损害明显.NVG手术疗效缺乏统一的临床标准,各种手术方法均有其优劣性,探讨新的有效治疗NVG的方法具有十分重要的临床意义.

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the clinical effects of different surgical management for neovascular glaucoma (NVG). Methods: 31 eyes of NVG were analyzed, including 25 eyes with cyclocryotherapy, 5 eyes with an routine filter surgery combining with 5-Fu, 1 eye with drainage implantation. Pre-and postoperative intraocular pressures (IOPs) were comparatively observed in all cases. The changes in visual acuity were also noticed.
