预注生理盐水在臂丛神经阻滞中的应用观察

目的：观察预注生理盐水在臂丛神经阻滞中确认定位的可行性，同时观察此法的成功率和在穿刺过程中出现异感的发生率及并发症的发生率，了解异感出现情况对阻滞效果的影响，为臂丛神经阻滞寻找一种能提高成功率并减少并发症的简单而有效的阻滞方法。方法：选择拟行肩部及上臂、肘及前臂、腕及手部等手术部位的手术患者120例，根据神经阻滞确认定位的方法不同分为两组，每组60例，A组为穿刺到位后预注生理盐水进行臂丛神经确认定位的阻滞法（观察组），B组为传统的臂丛神经定位阻滞法（对照组），同时观察两组的成功率，异感的发生情况以及并发症的发生率。结果：A组异感发率高，阻滞效果完善，阻滞效果成功率高于B组，并发症及不良反应比B组明显减少，有显著的差异性。结论：臂丛神经阻滞采用预注生理盐水确认定位的方法，具有定位快捷准确，异感发生率高，阻滞效果优良，并发症少，经济实用，快捷方便等优点，可作为一种新的臂丛神经确认定位的方法普及。
