红丝线草提取物对肾性高血压大鼠血压和血液流变学的影响

摘    要:目的 :观察红丝线草提取物对肾性高血压大鼠血压和肾功能、血液流变学的影响。方法 :采用两肾一夹高血压模型 ,灌胃给药 7周 (其中第 6周停止给药 ) ,于第 1、3、5、6、7周末测血压 ;第 7周末留 2 4 h尿测尿量、尿蛋白含量 ,并处死动物取血测尿素氮、肌酐和血液流变学指标。结果 :高剂量的红丝线草灌胃能使第 3、5、7周末的高血压大鼠血压明显下降 ,且降低全血粘度、全血还原粘度、红细胞刚性指数 ;高、低剂量组的 2 4 h尿量、尿蛋白浓度和2 4 h尿蛋白总量较模型组低。结论 :红丝线草能降低肾性高血压大鼠的血压、血液流变学指标以及尿蛋白浓度和 2 4 h尿蛋白总量

Abstract:Objective:To observe the influence of peristrophe roxburghiana on blood pressure(BP),renal function and blood thoelogy in renal hypertensive rats(RHR).Methods:The extract was orally administered to RHR (two kidneys Due clip) for 7 weeks (without dose in the sixth week) and BP was measured in the end of the 1st,3rd,5th,6th and 7th week.The urine volume,level of urineory protein for 24 hour in the end of the 7th week and levels of serum ureanitrogen and creatinine and blood theology were measured.Results:Higher dosage of peristrophe roxburghians can significantly decrease BP in the end of the 3rd,5th and 7th week in RHR,and also induce the total viscosity,reducing viscosity,erythrocyte rigidity index.24 hour urine volume,concentration of urine protein and the total volume of urine protein in higher and lower dosage were lower than that in control group.Conclusion:Peristrophe roxburghiana can decrease BP,index of blood rheology and concentration of urine protein and 24 hour total urine protein.
