| 摘 要： | 目的：通过实验研究优选黄芪注射液的制备工艺。方法：采用水醇法和超滤法制备黄芪注射液并对其进行杂质检查及含量测定的比较。结果：两种方法制备的产品均符合黄芪注射液的质量标准，但超滤法制备的黄芪注射液中黄芪甲苷的含量低于水醇法。结论：采用水醇法制备的黄芪注射液质量优于超滤法制备的产品。

| Abstract: | Objective:The technology of Astragal us Injection was selected through experiment study.Methods:We compare two Astragalus Injections prepared by w ater-alcohol or ultrafiltration method at impurity and content detection.Results:The results show that the products of both ultrafi ltration and water-alcohol are up to the quality standard of Astragalus Injectio n. But the content of astragaloside in ultrafiltration product is lower than tha t in water-alcohol product.Conclusion:The quality of water-alcohol product is better than that of ultrafiltration product. |
