深圳市外来务工人员心理健康状态分析

目的 了解深圳市外来务工人员心理健康状况,以便有针对性地开展心理卫生进社区工作.方法 采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对深圳市宝安区227名外来务工人员(男性57人,女性170人)心理状况进行测试.结果 外来务工人员SCL-90总分,总均分、阳性项目数以及抑郁,焦虑、恐怖、偏执、精神病性、其它等6个因子分均高于常模(除偏执P＜0.05,其他各项P＜0.01),并且没有任何一项分值低于常模;SCL-90筛选出阳性人数比率高达43.6%;女性外来务工人员恐怖因子分高于男性(P＜0.01);未婚者人际关系敏感和敌对2因子分高于已婚者(P＜0.05).结论 深圳市外来务工人员心理健康状况较差,尤其是未婚女性,因此,对其进行心理健康干预是非常必要的.

Study on the Psychological Health Status of Migrant Workers in Shenzhen

Objective To investigate the psychological health status of migrant workers in Shenzhen,in order to guid psychological health services in the community.Methods Using symptom checklist 90(SCL-90) to test 227 migrant workers(57 male and 170 femal) in Shenzhen city Baoan district.Results The total score,the general average score,the number of positive items and scores of six subscales such as depression,anxiety,phobia,paranoid ideation,psychosis and other factor in migrant workers were significantly higher than these in male migrant workers(P<0.01,besides paranoid ideation P<0.05);The rate of positive test was 43.6%;Phobia factor score in female migrant workers was significantly higher than that in male migrant workers(P<0.01);Two factor scores including interpersonal sensitivity and hostility in singles were significantly higher than these in married migrant workers(P<0.05).Conclusion The status of psychological health of migrant workers in Shenzhen,especially of female and single,was inferior to normal people.So,it is necessary to provide psychological health services to migrant workers.
