| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨子宫动脉栓塞术(UAE)治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法:40例经临床超声诊断子宫肌瘤患者采用Se ld ingers技术双侧子宫动脉插管进行子宫动脉栓塞术治疗。术后1个月、3个月、6个月观察瘤体缩小情况及临床症状改善情况。综合评价UAE治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效。结果:本组UAE手术成功率100%,栓塞3个月及6个月后症状明显改善约100%,完全消失分别为85%和95%,平均瘤体缩小分别为66%和82%,瘤体完全消失6例(皆为黏膜下肌瘤)。结论:UAE是一种有效治疗子宫肌瘤的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the clinical effect of hysteromyoma with uterine arterial embolization.Methods:By clinical ultrasonie diagnosis,forty cases of hysteromyoma were treated with the seldingers of uterine arterial embolization performedf through catheterization to the bilateral uterine arteries.Observation of the condition of tumor lessening and recovering of clinical syndrome in postoperative 1 month,2 month and 3 month.We evaluated the efficacy of UAE with hysteromyoma.Results:The UAE was successfully performed in all the 40 patients.The patients with embolism ameliorated obviously are 100%.Disappeaning of rmbolisem is 85% and 95% respectively.The tumor lessening in patients is 16% and 82% respectively.Vanishing of tumor is 6 cases.Conclusion:The UAE is a notable and effective therapeutic method with minimal invasion. |
