偏振激光扫描仪测量视网膜神经纤维层厚度的重复性

摘    要:目的评价在正常者和青光眼患者中偏振激光扫描仪检查神经纤维层厚度的重复性。方法50例原发性开角型青光眼患者和60例正常者用偏振激光扫描仪行神经纤维层厚度的检查。每例患者同一天内行3次检查,记录下列指标:TSNIT平均值、上方平均值、下方平均值、TSNIT标准差和神经纤维层厚度指示(nerve fiber indicator,NFI)值。随机区组方差分析用于检验各次检查之间的差异。计算每例患者三次检查的平均值和标准差,得出所有标准差的平均值及95%可信区间。计算各指标的变异系数(coefficient of variance,CV)及其95%可信区间。结果在正常者和青光眼患者中,各指标三次检查之间差异均无统计学意义(P值均〉0.01)。正常者和POAG患者NFI值三次检查的标准差的平均值分别为1.87和3.38。正常者中,TSNIT平均值、上方平均值、下方平均值和TSNIT标准差的平均CV分别为1.67%,2.40%,2.62%和6.16%。POAG患者中,各指标的平均CV分别为2.59%,2.50%,3.98%和6.37%。结论在正常者和青光眼患者中.偏振激光扫描仪的重复性均很好。

Abstract:Purpose To assess the reproducibility of the measurements with scanning laser polarimetry(SLP) in normal subjects and patients with primary open angle glaucoma(POAG). Methods Totally 60 healthy subjects and 50 patients with POAG were examined with the commercially available SLP GDx with an automated variable corneal compensator.Each subject had 3 scans.Five parameters(TSNIT(temporal,superior,nasal,inferior,temporal) average,superior average,inferior average,TSNIT standard deviation,and nerve fiber indicator(NFI)) were recorded.The measurement reproducibility was assessed. Results The difference between 3 scans for each parameter was not significant(P>0.01) both in normal subjects and patients.The standard deviation for NFI was 1.87 and(3.38,) respectively for normal subjects and patients.Mean coefficients of variation(CV) for TSNIT average,superior average,inferior average,and TSNIT SD were 1.67%,2.40%,2.62% and 6.16%,respectively for normal subjects.Mean CV for each parameter were 2.59%,2.50%,3.98% and(6.37%,) respectively for patients with POAG. Conclusions The reproducibility of measurements with SLP was high both in normal subjects and patients with POAG.
