70岁以上老年人脑出血62例临床分析

目的探讨７０岁以上老年人脑出血的临床特点与预后。方法应用ＣＴ对７０～９０岁脑出血患者６２例行头颅平扫，并以同期＜７０岁脑出血患者１８５例ＣＴ检查作对照，比较其出血部位及预后。结果≥７０岁组壳核出血占５４．８％，丘脑出血２５．８％，与６０～６９岁组相似（６０．８％及２５．３％）；＜６０岁组为６６．９％及１１．３％，与≥７０岁组比较，分别Ｐ＞０．０５及Ｐ＜０．０５。结论高血压为７０岁以上老年人脑出血的重要原因，出血部位以壳核、丘脑为多，但出血量较小，预后较好。

Cerebral hemorrhage in aged patents over 70:an analysis of 62 cases

Objective\ To studying the clinical features and prognosis of cerebral hemorrhage in patients older than 70.\ \ Methods CT examination was done for 62 patients over 70 years and 185 patients under 70 years with cerebral hemorrhage and comparison between the two groups was made with respect to site of hemorrhage and prognosis.\ \ Results\ Putamen hemorrhage accounted for 54 8%,and thalamus hemorrhage 25 8%in the group of patients over 70.The percentage of hemorrhage in these two sites was some what similar in patients of sixties.In patients under60,the figure was 66 9%( P >0 05)and11 3%( P <0 05)respectively. Conclusions Hypertension is also the main cause of cerebral hemorrhage in aged patients over 70 and the sites of hemorrhage are mainly in putamen and thalamus.However,the amount of bleeding is less and the prognosis is better.
