| 摘 要： | 在收治的246例严重多发伤病人中，合并连枷胸52例，占21．1％。采用呼吸机通气气道内固定和胸带包扎外固定术治疗后，死亡率为7．7％。其疗效可靠，方法简单，提高了对严重胸部创伤的治愈率。

| Abstract: | In severe trauma, flail chestis one of the most common physical signs- In 246 severe multiple trauma patients admmitted to our emergency room, about 21. 1 % of them were accompanied by flail chest. After employing intra-trachea stabilization with ventilator and external bandage fixation of chest, the mortality decreases to 7.7%.The encourdging result and the simplicity of the method which improved the cure rate of severe thorac trauma,deserves recommend. |
